Well-being with Horses Workshop -

2hr - £45 per person

Confident Kids Coaching sessions -

1.5 hrs - £40 per person

All Individual/121 sessions -

Well-being with Horses Workshop 

  • 2 hr small group session

  • Takes place outside in a safe, supportive environment

  • No Riding, all activities are on the ground with the horses

  • No horse knowledge necessary as experienced staff always on hand

  • Appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn and be suitable for outdoor activities with horses

  • Gain self-awareness of the biology of stress and how this can affect your physical and mental health

  • You will learn positive coping strategies and how to embed them in your life

  • We will run regular workshops that you can book on if and when you feel you need our support again

  • Try this as an introductory session that you can follow up with a 121 programme designed to help you make more specific change

Confident Kids Coaching Workshop 

  • 1.5hrs small group session

  • All staff are Enhanced DBS checked

  • Suitable for children aged 7 and over

  • Supportive for children and families

  • All sessions take place outside in a safe, supportive, natural environment

  • Suitable clothing and footwear should be worn for outdoor activities with horses

  • Workshop is all ground based, there is no riding and no horse experience is needed

  • Children are able to learn and develop key resilience skills and form positive coping strategies that they can use in all areas of life.

  • Workshops can be taken as a one off session or can be repeated as we run them regularly

  • Bespoke, individual programmes can be developed should young people need to carry on with additional coaching

CBT and Solution Focused Coaching sessions

  • Bespoke programmes designed around your concerns

  • A free 30 mins introductory call or meeting to discuss the suitability of the approach

  • Discuss suitable locations for the sessions

  • Face to face - any public place that has suitable table to sit at eg. local cafe, public house, library. 

  • Walk & Talk sessions take place at a local park or meeting place where parking is available and there is somewhere to walk eg park, canal towpath, quiet housing estate

  • Sessions can be organised before work, lunch times or early evening till 8pm to suit

  • Zoom sessions can be organised for those who do not wish to meet until 8pm in the evening

Equine Facilitated Coaching (EFL) 121 Sessions

  • Starts with a free 30 min introductory meeting to discuss the suitability of the approach

  • Appropriate footwear and clothing will be needed for outside activities with horses

  • All sessions are on the ground with the horses, no riding and horse experience is not necessary

  • The first session will be an introduction to the horses as well as spending time in becoming more aware of the biology of stress levels

  • Time in each session will be spent on identifying and building stress and anxiety level awareness and active or reflective horse contact depending on what is needed, we will also identify achievable goals to take steps towards improvement  

  • This is a very flexible approach and session content will vary as people experience change in different ways

  • 4 to 6 sessions are needed to make a lasting change, but often people find they want to continue occasional sessions to make sure they do not return to their old, over stressed, anxious, unhealthy mindset

Corporate/Teams - Price for 1/2 and full days depends on numbers, contact us to discuss your requirements

 

We understand that each team is different and will have different objectives, depending on the projects they are working on so our process recognises this need to be flexible and we put together a bespoke package of exercises to suit

  • Pre-session assessment, lead by Lizz Fields-Pattinson who is an Occupational Psychologist, of the current situation and what the desired outcomes are for both the team and the company

  • Introductory session on arrival to assess the understanding of the team members and identify how they feel about the situation

  • Meet the herd activity to allow people to personally recognise their own inhibitions and concerns. This will involve assessing energy levels to demonstrate any anxiety people might be experiencing or have bought with them

  • The time will be divided to allow the team to work through their own concerns about the coming piece of work/project or about working together from now on

  • Open discussion is encouraged from other team members and facilitators as necessary

  • Time to reflect on learning that has taken place both personally and as team members

  • Bring together everyone to finalise next steps and personal commitments to the new team or project

  • Throughout the sessions, there will be other  facilitators observing the interactions with the horses and offering individual support for all team members as they need it
